HOW IS THE 12-WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM STRUCTURED?

In month 1 Troy will walk you through the first 6 Balloon Method workouts you need to follow. You’ll train for 3 days straight, and then rest for the next 2, and repeat this schedule throughout the month. Then at the start of month 2, Troy will release 6 new Balloon Method workouts, and do the same again at the start of month 3. Each workout has been meticulously designed and positioned within the program to ensure maximum muscle gains, while ensuring you never over train to the point of injury.

HOW LONG DO THE WORKOUTS LAST?

Each Balloon Method workout lasts approximately 40 minutes. However, you have the option to modify/shorten each one should you be pushed for time. Plus, you will only be training 3-4 days a week, which means you’ll only need to spend around 2 hours in the gym per week in order to see rapid muscle growth.
